Refund Policy
    1. Olymp.casino reserves the right to close User's Account and to refund to User the remaining balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at the Olymp.casino absolute discretion.

    2. Olymp.casino is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the Services. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.

    3. In the event a Service is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system. Olymp.casino shall refund the amount wagered in the Service to User by crediting it to the User's Account; and if User has an accrued credit at the time the Service miscarried, credit to User's Account the monetary value of the credit.

    4. Olymp.casino shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that if User's participation in a game is, after User has made a wager, interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or a failure of User's computer system that prevents User from continuing the game, Olymp.casino computer system shall enable User to resume on the restoration of the system as at the time immediately before the interruption. If Olymp.casino computer system does not enable User to continue, after the restoration of the system, with Service interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or the User's computer system,

    Olymp.casino shall:

    (a) ensure that the Service is terminated; and

    (b) refund the amount of the wager to User by placing it in the User's Account.

    1. A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first 48 hours of the alleged transaction.

    2. Olymp.casino reserves the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until the identity of the User Account is adequately established to their satisfaction as outlined above in Section 4. If not satisfied, then such refund or reverse transaction shall not be effected, the User Account shall be closed and User shall forfeit all funds in User's Account. Such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.

    Complaints And Notifications

    2.1. If the User wishes to file a complaint against the Website, s/he should first contact Customer Service as soon as reasonably possible.

    2.2. In the case of any dispute, the User agrees that the account stored on the server will act as the final evidence in determining the outcome of any claim.
